MI Virtual Services – Your Virtual Assistant®

As a business owner, the hardest part is relinquishing control, especially if you have been a lone wolf for many years.

It takes courage, so congratulations for even considering letting someone in. During our discovery call, one of the things I ask for is a list of your pain points.

But “What is a PAIN POINT and why am I being given homework?” I know, I know, but before I can help, I need to know where you struggle the most.

So, we will write down a description of your day to day, your daily, weekly and monthly tasks. What takes you the most time to complete, and what can you do without.

And that is where the fun begins….

Let’s chat. I want you to get to know me. For us to form a positive working relationship, I want to know who you are, where you’re from and what makes you tick. What are your goals? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What are your pain points?

Once we have confirmed that we would like to work together, let’s figure out how, together. First, because I conduct my business ethically, I will send you some T’s & C’s, and our contract, which protects us both. Sign on the dotted line, and we are good to go!

Now, the 3rd and final step is for us to have a co-working session. I love the term “Co-Working” because, although I am self-employed, and external to your business, I want to work with you. We will brainstorm how and where I can be of service. This usually takes around 1 hour to iron out, and we will arrange a follow up call to make sure expectations are met.

And more, because the truth is, no business is one size fits all. Do you need Christmas gifts for clients, but no time to look online? Or how about those years of paper invoices that need scanning and uploading?

Are you going on holiday, and would like business continuity while you relax in the sun? Your business isn’t just your business, it’s YOU. I am here to support you.

How Much Does It Cost?

Hourly Rate From £30 per hour

Package Retainer From £150 per month

If you have a one-time task, the hourly rate is ideal—no ongoing commitment required. A small deposit will be held until the work is completed. For larger projects, such as email or diary management, the guaranteed retainer provides priority over ad hoc services and ensures delivery within a set timeline. You choose what to delegate, and at the end of the project, you’ll receive a detailed timesheet along with a full handover.
