How and What Can I Delegate?
As a business owner, the hardest part is relinquishing control, especially if you have been a lone wolf for many years.
It takes courage, so congratulations for even considering letting someone in. During our discovery call, one of the things I ask for is a list of your pain points.
But “What is a PAIN POINT and why am I being given homework?” I know, I know, but before I can help, I need to know where you struggle the most.
So, we will write down a description of your day to day, your daily, weekly and monthly tasks. What takes you the most time to complete, and what can you do without.
And that is where the fun begins….
How Does It Work?
Let’s chat. I want you to get to know me. For us to form a positive working relationship, I want to know who you are, where you’re from and what makes you tick. What are your goals? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What are your pain points?
Once we have confirmed that we would like to work together, let’s figure out how, together. First, because I conduct my business ethically, I will send you some T’s & C’s, and our contract, which protects us both. Sign on the dotted line, and we are good to go!
Now, the 3rd and final step is for us to have a co-working session. I love the term “Co-Working” because, although I am self-employed, and external to your business, I want to work with you. We will brainstorm how and where I can be of service. This usually takes around 1 hour to iron out, and we will arrange a follow up call to make sure expectations are met.
